A new Samsung tablet –possibly the Galaxy A 8.0 (2017) has popped up listing on GFXBench which reveals a bit about upcoming devices. According to the benchmark listing, a new 8-Inch tablet will bear the model number SM-T385 is dipped and give us details about the hardware of the device.
The SM-T385 is obviously the A-Series tablet, but still the official name is not confirmed yet. According to GFXBench, the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 (MSM8917) SoC and boasts 2 GB of Ram with 16 GB of internal storage. This has four ARM Cortex-A53-compute cores on board, which can be loaded with a maximum of 1, 4 gigahertz and are supported by the Adreno 308-GPU. The chip is equipped with an integrated LTE modem and is normally used in cheap smartphones. In theWi-Fi Alliance recently, besides the SM-T385, also the only Wi-Fi equipped version of this so far nameless new Galaxy Tabs, whose model number is as usual with Samsung SM-T380.
The device has 8-Inch IPS LCD display with 1280*800 pixels resolution, which is therefore in the 16 : 9 format and touchscreen with atleast 5 finger gestures support. The phone has 8-megapixel rear camera with built-in-flash and 5-megapixel front camera for selfie or videos calls.
