In a bid to take away downside apps and to concentrate on high quality, Apple will discontinue supporting 32-bit apps with the release of iOS 11.0 in this year, that’s many legacy apps will not work in any respect.
This becomes clear Apple is going to kill support for 32 –bit apps after the launch of iOS 10.3 where pop-up message hinting the older apps will not work on future release of iOS.
A famous developer Steven Troughton-Smith tweets explaining that Apple will stop supporting these outdated apps after the release of iOS 11.0. Currently thousand of 32-bit apps works with iOS 10.3 but they all stop working on apple product with the release of iOS 11.0 in September this years.
(…and it sounds like future A-series chips won’t even include 32-bit support. Wonder if that’ll free up any performance/die space?)
